Sound Punishment Affiliate Programme Rules

1. We review ALL affiliate sign ups and reject any affiliate sites that do not have an active link back to SoundPunishment.com at the time we review the site. Place a temporary link to us if necessary before signing up because if we cannot easily find our link we will reject the affiliation.
   
2. Only sites with a connection to the adult industry or spanking will be allowed to be affiliates. If your site does not meet this basic test then we reserve the right to reject your affiliation.
   
3. All images and pages offered by SoundPunishment, on free hosted url's or as downloads for your own promotional material may be used only to promote SoundPunishment. Failure to comply, will result in the webmaster, his host and the other sites who are being promoted on the the page being served a DMCA notice for copyright infringement. The only links permissible are to tgp's and links lists where a reciprocal is required. This term means that images cannot be used when trading scripts are used to send surfers to other sites other than SoundPunishment. Only text links are allowed on sites that use trading links, if the site is acceptable to SoundPunishment.com.
   
4. No links to the free hosted url's on SoundPunishment.com may be in frames where there are links to other sites. Any links found with frames will result in the webmaster being sent a warning, with 24 hours to remove the frame(s) or the account will be terminated.
   
5. Webmasters may download any images or our free films clips for the promotion of SoundPunishment on your own servers/hosts, on pages designed by the you but you must inform Webmaster of the url's.
6. No permission is granted to any affiliate to alter any films or images produced by SoundPunishment . Affiliates MUST NOT add, overlay or remove any text to any image or film the intellectual property of SoundPunishment.com that adds advertising information referring to any other site, including the affiliates, or to any other producer, or that removes or obscures our copyright information.
   
7. Any illegal use of the promotional material supplied by SoundPunishment will result in the offending webmaster being served a DMCA notice.
8. Any affiliate permitting comments by the public on film clips hosted on their server must remove, when asked by us, any offensive comments or personal attacks against individuals involved in producing our films. Constructive comments regarding the films are welcomed, personal attacks on staff and actors are not. Any affiliate permitting personal attacks, and who do not remove them when asked, will have their affiliate status terminated and will forfeit the right to host and display any film clips or images belonging to Sound Punishment.
   
9. Only one account allowed per individual or organization. Accounts with incomplete or false information will be deleted.
   
10. We will pay you up to 70% of all initial sign ups and all recurring's for the life time of each signup you generate. You will earn a 5% bonus for webmaster referral sales. All payments are after deduction of CCBill, the billing company's, processing fees . Only sales generated through CCBill will qualify under the program. These are sales made by credit card, Payments are sent out weekly (depending on volume) directly by CCBill. Payments can be sent by check or for a fee by automatic account transfer or wire. Fees for processing payments will be deducted by CCBill from your revenue. All payments are made CCBill directly to you. SoundPunishment.com is not responsible for any delay in payments owed to you by CCBill.
    
11. Spamming is strictly prohibited. This includes e-mail spamming, newsgroups, IRC, ICQ or AOL/Netscape's Instant Messenger service or similar. If you violate this term, your account will be terminated immediately from the program and will not be paid. We also reserve the right to prosecute you for costs/damages resulting from your actions.
    
12. Any instances of customer credits or charge backs from your sign ups will be deducted from your payout total. If you are not generating enough revenue to cover your charge backs or credits you will be deleted. If your charge back ratio exceeds more than 2% of your sales you will be deleted. If you are suspected of acting fraudulently your account will be deleted and you will not be paid monies outstanding for any sales.
    
13. The action of sending any hits from any URL's which contain and/or promote the following content, programs or linking practices without the prior written consent of SoundPunishment.com will result in the immediate cancellation of the account from which the hits were sent and the forfeiture of any funds owed that account: child pornography,bestiality, spam e-mails, warez, mp3 or password sites, any sites that contain models under 18 years of age.
    
14. BE ADVISED WE REPORT ALL INSTANCES OF THE ABUSE OR PHOTOGRAPHY OF MINORS TO THE AUTHORITIES.
    
15. We reserve the right to cancel this program at any time, without prior notification. In such cases you will be notified immediately and paid for all funds owed up to that point in time. The exception will be in cases where it is determined you have cheated by violating this agreement in any way.
    
16. SoundPunishment.com will not be held responsible for loss due to downtimes resulting from hardware, software, technical or internet routing related problems or errors.
    
17. SoundPunishment.com reserves the right to terminate your account if it is idle for more than a month. In such cases you will be notified and given 24 hours to send traffic.
    
18. We reserve the right to refuse any potential sponsor admittance into our program for any reason, based on the content of their web site or for any other reason. Inclusion into the affiliates program is not automatic. Each site submitted on the application form is reviewed. If you will be promoting SoundPunishment on other URL's, you must email the Webmaster with the address of these.
    
19. We reserve the right to change the payout rate, cancel or suspend the program. We also reserve the right to offer extra incentives to highly productive affiliates.
    
20. You must be able to accept payments made by CCBill in US Dollars, be aged 18 or over, and operate an adult web site
21. Affiliate owned sites with links to file sharing sites, torrent sites and image sharing sites will be removed
    from our partner program without warning, and any money earned will be forfeited.

    File sharing sites are having a huge impact on our industry and it is in everyone's interest
    to do what we can to keep abuse to a minimum. We have been pro-active recently eliminating
    large amounts of our material from various sites and if you find any yourself then please drop
    us a line so as we can deal with it.
    
    WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE ANY AFFILIATE ACCOUNT WITHOUT EXPLANATION.
